Our careers may give us little or no time to focus on such common facets of life, and that's the biggest mistake we make in life. As we can see, life is pointless without these things it is essential to recognize art's influence on life. Unconsciously, we constantly reciprocate the art we have come across in life, If we take a moment to look closely, we realize that very thing. No matter what people say, "a piece of art can change lives," and I gladly say that I have come across life-changing moments, be it an influence from the books I read, movies I watched, music I listened to, conversations I had with strangers, or posts from social media, etc. and they are life-changing in many ways. On that note, I'd like to highlight the often-overlooked gems on social media – the inspiring stories, thought-provoking quotes, and stunning visual content that can uplift and motivate us, but these posts are often overshadowed by the pointless ones.
Once we take a moment to introspect our lives, we can perceive that we are a manifestation of the ideas we believe in. As we realize this, we get a step closer to experiencing life, and one of the most powerful ways to tap into this experience is through the practice of art. When we involve ourselves in any art, we transcend boundaries; our brains are filled with ecstasy, and true purposefulness is attained. You may have come across a famous reel on Instagram where Sir Ian McKellen speaks about art, and believe me, guys, whatever he says is literally true. You may or may not find success in the process of learning an art. And that's the beauty of it: art is a journey we undertake for ourselves, untainted by external expectations or the pressure to succeed. It's a pure, unadulterated expression of our souls, and that's what makes it so incredibly liberating.
As we surrender to the creative process, we discover the liberating power of art. As we embark on this journey, life becomes a little more tolerable, and slowly we realize the true beauty of life, That's the whole philosophy of our club's Philosophy. Many movies (notably "Into the Wild", "Dead Poets Society", "Shawshank Redemption", "Apu Trilogy", etc.), books ("A Man Called Ove", "Tuesdays with Morrie", "A Thousand Splendid Suns", etc.), and music artists (A.R. Rahman, Bob Marley, etc.) have been the biggest influences on my life. I have garnered so much empathy from these and pardon me as I couldn't list out the other things.
